--> waist up: base price + 10% of base price
--> full body: base price + 15%
--> additional characters: base price + 15% per character
--> trinket background: base price + 25%
--> complex background*: base price + 30% MINIMUM depending on complexity1: complex designs may result in additional charges.

TERMS AND SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
GENERAL
--> I reserve the right to refuse any commission that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
--> I reserve the right to refuse to work with clients who prove to be hateful, aggressive, or disrespectful towards me or others.--> Do not use my art for AI or NFT reasons. This will result in a blacklisting and a public service announcement.
PAYMENT and REFUNDS POLICIES
--> Please do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and have requested you to send me payment.
--> Payments will be split; the first 50% upfront, the other 50% once the sketch is complete.
--> Currency is accepted in USD and can only be paid through Venmo, PayPal, or Ko-Fi.--> A refund will be given ONLY before the sketch is complete. Once the sketch is finished, you will lose the right to a refund.
--> If I am unable to complete a commission for any reason, I will refund 100% of any payment given back to you.
COPYRIGHT and USAGE POLICY
--> I claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. I will use my art in portfolios and post it on social media.
--> Your commission is for personal use ONLY. You may re-upload the commissioned artwork with credit given (including profile pictures and banners).
--> You may not use the commissioned piece in any way that may be considered commercial use.
--> You may not remove my watermark.--> Claiming my artwork as yours will result in a blacklisting and a public service announcement.
TURNAROUND
--> The time it takes to finish your commission varies at 1 week to 3 weeks maximum depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other orders preceding, and other obligations.
--> Any delays that push back the initial or expected delivery time will be communicated ASAP.
PROCESS
--> Pricing and request will be discussed. 1: Additional charging may be requested depending on the complexity of the piece. 50% of the agreed price will be paid upfront.
--> I will start on a sketch of your commission. I accept revisions at this time!--> Once the sketch is complete, the second 50% of payment will be due. No further work will be done until the payment is received.
--> While I am working on your commission, I will send screenshots of your commission. I accept MINOR revisions at this time!--> Once the piece is near finished, I will send you a screenshot for any final touches or minor revisions.
--> You will receive the full-resolution image through DMs (and/or email, upon request).
